Introduction	I love to cook for my Man..lol. I love to make yummy things for my friends and family. but I am so not a typical cook I want it to be Easy and quick I want to use ingredients I already have in my pantry or to use my left overs from the night before. I am usually cooking for the two of us..I have the basics in my kitchen..nothing fancy here lol I want easy meals that can be reheated and fairly cheap to make and must last two meals and taste just as good or better the second meal! I also love to make my Mom's Recipe's many things she dreamed up in her own kitchen.. Plus I love to google new recipe's and try them out just for the fun in cooking it! So why start a blog? well I started to post pictures to my friends at Facebook with the topic "What's for dinner tonight?" I was shocked how many people commented and asked me for the recipe so I thought I will blog about it! So please join and never miss a recipe I share.. Enjoy
