Introduction	I am a wife, mom, Labor & Delivery RN, secretary for my husband, friend...and someone who loves cake! I started doing cakes in Aug 2010. I have searched hi and lo for the best cake recipie - my husband has engraved in me, that even if a cake looks pretty, it has to taste GOOD! So that has been my goal with cake, icing, and fondant - I make everything from scratch. And I think after having many taste tests and reviews from friends and family, there are some good recipies I have found and will keep forever! They get rave reviews! I have a goal with my cakes, keep them simple, clean, and elegant! I hope you enjoy the blog!
