| Introduction | I am a 41 year old, married to the most beautiful lady on this earth, Alison we shall call her.. Together we have two children. Keegan 17 YO and Olivia 12. I am a career firefighter with the city of Des Moines, work as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Trauma Center at IMMC, and I am a certified Fitness trainer through ACE. I truly enjoy any type of physical activity and assisting others in meeting their goals. This coming race season-2015 I am laying it all on the line!!!!!!! Lead a team of maniac runners and triathletes called the Outkast. Watch for them this coming year. A special thanks to my wife Alison, son Keegan, and daughter Olivia for always allowing me the time to train and being there for me and pushing me through everything. I could not and can not do this without the support of you three. I have joined arms with Team IM4RM this year and the coming years. We are raising awareness and monies for Children's Cancer Connection. Gives training and racing truly a new meaning!! I am truly having The Time of My Life!!! |

Keegan is running highschool cross country and Olivia is in dance, tap, and jazz. My life would not be what it is without my wife or kids. They are my world and inspire me to inspire others. |
