| Introduction | I am a 51 year old, type 1 diabetic, taking Novorapid before meals on a sliding scale as per my carbohydrate intake and also Humulin N twice daily. As with any diabetic, I struggle daily to keep my sugars in check and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have had many many questions about diabetes and the complications involved so I went "web surfing". I found some wonderful information out there and thought I would create a more condensed place to get the information.
