Interests The Rev. Mary Lee Wile serves as a deacon in the Episcopal Diocese of Maine. In addition to the children's books Star of Wonder and Season of Angels, she is the author of the theological novel Ancient Rage, as well as the program books I Will with God's Help, Christ's Own Forever, and This Bread and This Cup. Two-time writer for Forward Day by Day and Daily Devo, Mary Lee also served two years as a guest columnist for the Portland Press Herald.Her ministries include eight years as a pediatric hospice chaplain, ongoing prison ministry, spiritual direction, and facilitating retreats and quiet days. She lives with her husband in midcoast Maine, and tends grandchildren two days a week.
