Introduction	Dee has a Master’s degree in Counseling and 20+ years in the employment field. Dee also has had two home based businesses, worked in the retail and hospitality industries and even drove a big rig one summer. She's done counseling, job development, recruiting and marketing for the staffing industry, occupational research, training, career development and outplacement. In addition to her coaching practice, Dee works part time as a counselor and instructor at the UW-Madison Small Business Development Center helping people launch their dreams into successful enterprises.
