| Introduction | We are Patrizia, Giulia and Cristina, an Italian family and we live in Umbria, a few kilometres away from Perugia, in the heart of Italy. Five years ago, we started offering cooking courses in English, in our own home in the country. We are still in touch with many of our guests: we tell them of new Italian dishes, we talk about Italian culinary traditions, we suggest new itineraries to discover the less known Italy. We decided to open this blog, imagining it as a virtual kitchen where we can sit down with our guests and chat, whilst drinking a glass of red wine and enjoying a bruschetta! |
