About me

Location	Wichita, Kansas, United States
Interests	I am all about taking advantage of every opportunity to truly live life. I don’t want to wake up one day and be 40 (or 80) years old and regret that I didn’t live life to the fullest potential. This means that I have to embrace and even learn to love discipline, routine, rhythm and rule of life grace, and push myself and my body and even my mind hard. I love to run really far and I consider a marathon a ‘short little run’ and love running 100 miles races and am looking forward to trying to go further. I love my job working for the Friends Church…working with missions, youth, and fulfilling a leadership role at Crossroads Friends. I love, too, those ordinary moments of life where I just get to relax with my wife, Sarah, and take it all in.
