| Introduction | I began cooking when I was five years old. My mom taught me how to make biscuits sitting on a stool. I am a former high school home economics teacher. I have a passion for cooking God's way, whole foods without preservatives and additives. God has inspired me to teach other women how to cook. I strive to spend more time with my family by making healthy convenience foods. I do this by cooking in quantity and freezing for later use. I want to teach these techniques to my friends and family. I just started hosting a cook and play session at my house. You just show up with the largest pot and lid you have. I shop in quantity to save our group time and money. We give God all the glory for allowing us time to fellowship and cook healthy for our families. We take turns watching our precious little ones while I teach the ladies my God given passion. |
