| Introduction | After working in marketing at a newspaper for a stint, Katie decided to leave the media industry to pursue an interest in the food industry. After attaining her sanitation license, she has been fortunate to have gained experiences across various restaurant settings from cashiering to management. Currently having a blast during her debut farmers market season as an approved cottage food operator - she sure hopes to see you enjoying some of her home made goods this summer! Katie is obsessed with coming up with healthful ways to create the sweets you crave while also taking extra care to be mindful of allergies and dietary restrictions (specializing in dairy-free/vegan, nut-free, gluten-free and soy-free).
