Introduction I’m the Sales & Marketing Manager of a Corporate Training Company in China. I personally provide training & consultancy for the hospitality industry worldwide. I have a professional & personal interest in hotel systems, travel & the hospitality industry. I worked in the mrktg dept. of Letraset UK for 5 yrs. During this time I traveled extensively, studied to become a Chartered Marketer & researched travel industry marketing comprehensively. After Letraset, I moved to China to develop my skills within this emerging market. It was here that I discovered a passion for presenting & training. I've developed my skills immensely over the past 3 yrs. Most of my training & consultancy work has been within hospitality. I'm fascinated by the unique mrktg challenges faced, especially within Asian markets. A constant test of my clients’ abilities, and my knowledge, has been finding an effective booking system. I’ve battled with this challenge for years, but am pleased to have discovered 1 or 2 favourites, especially hotelsystems.co.uk. It’s this challenge coupled with my love of hospitality marketing issues that has motivated me to write this blog. Enjoy reading!
