| Introduction | Karen has been actively involved in real estate finance since 1980 when she began with Pacific Mutual Life in income property finance. After ten years she transitioned into home loans while raising her children, and today takes pride in helping others with financing their most important dream -- their home. Her children are all adults, and she has four grandchildren. She moved her home from Tustin to Capistrano Beach in 2007, and lives today in Dana Point with her husband Steve Sandborg. Karen attended USC and loves her Trojans. She and Steve are members of the Dana Point Yacht Club and enjoy spending time on the water when they aren't under it, scuba diving. |
