Introduction	Hi, thanks for checking out my blog! My name is Bridget and my blog is about Cabbage Tree Farm, our small piece of paradise where I live with my husband and our young son. Our priority is to be more self-reliant and we endeavour to produce as much fresh, natural food as we can. We have large orchards and a big vegetable garden, with herbs and flowers. We are progressively landscaping our surroundings for privacy and wind protection, and are raising a small number of livestock including pigs, chickens and one or two cattle for food. I cook from scratch, so may share the odd recipe, and share my learning experiences with making soap.
