| Introduction | I'm an author of about twenty books about media, popular culture, American history, music, and marketing. I've become increasingly interested in aspects of media that aren't massively popular, but find their audiences just the same. In my day job, I am building a new multi-platform television channel that will be dedicated to learning, community, and the arts (especially music). I'm also working on a new book about the ways we educate our children. Somehow, all of this connects to the one project that everybody seems to know-- a television series that I co-created and produced, Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego? |
