Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I never leave the house without a matching scarf; it's important that the colors of the scarf match whatever it is that I happen to be wearing, and because of this principle (of mine), I own more than one-dozen scarves. Yikes.
