Introduction	Francis Loughheed is a Senior Policy Advisor in Performance Measurement and Data Analytics with the Canadian Forest Service within Natural Resources Canada. His work focuses on data culture, data literacy, data analytics, results based strategic management, and performance measurement. His unique ability is to take complex topics and make them easy to understand. His work has been a finalist for two IBM/Lotus Beacon Awards. On the analytics side, Mr. Loughheed works with KNIME, Tableau and Power BI. In recent years he has taken up playing Oboe and English Horn as his COVID project.
