| Introduction | Love people, life and eating! I am an artist and a foodie. I am an actress by trade who happens to be obsessed with all things culinary...cook books, kitchen tools, antiques, and cooking shows, etc.! I've paid my dues (and the bills) for over a decade in the restaurant business as a waitress, bartender, and hostess...to help support my burgeoning career in the entertainment business...and have the scars and stories to prove it. I've even worked stints in culinary retail: both Williams-Sonoma and Sur La Table. I still do the occasional catering event as well. I love farmer's markets and trying new foods and recipes. I hope that we see an end to world hunger in our lifetime, especially child hunger and that "being green" becomes a habit and way of life again - not just a fad and a catchphrase. Everyone tells me that I never stop talking about food...and I think most of my life's happiest moments revolve around food in some way. |
