| Introduction | Hannah Charlotte Peterson was delivered at 27 weeks. She weighed 430 grams (15 oz) and was 10 inches long with a full head of blonde hair and dark blue eyes. After 13 days of fighting valiantly, she softly passed away in her mother’s arms. She was a strong and gentle soul who made the people around her better for knowing her.
