Introduction "I spent my childhood in Sardinia running up and down the cultivated terraces and the vines of my granparents mansion, touching this and smelling that. And it’s right there and then that I learnt to enjoy good, genuine food. The round smell of the “just-picked-from-the-tree” fruit, the glossy, vivid colours of those red and yellow peppers and sun-kissed tomatoes and the precious essence of the aromatic herbs, rocked far away from the sea breeze. They are stuck in my mind. Today I want to share with you a magic experience through my virtual recipes’ book which will tell stories about mums, granmothers and aunties giving you an easy and enjoyable way to simple and tasty dishes."
