| Introduction | I am a work in progress, daily practicing life and learning as I go. With every curve ball I've been thrown and every new direction my life has drastically taken, I seek to accommodate each change and new stage with grace and an open heart, although at times that seems impossible. I believe that it's not what happens to you in life, but how you respond that matters. I believe you can breathe through anything, and that everything happens for a specific purpose. My passion is grounded, true, raw, superfood, gluten-free living. I like to profess imperfection however, and find that true peace comes from seeking the balance in everything. Every situation, every area of life and relationships. My very newest passion is my sweet blue-eyed, butterfly-smiling daughter Mia Jordan. Learning everything about her, how to raise her with clear eyes and a pure heart. I research everything, read everything, weigh both sides of a subject and decide where my personal balance is. I love passing on information that moves me and I feel others are seeking as well. |
