| Introduction | I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3 young kids (6, 3, and 1) who has been a social-mid-of -the pack runner for over half my life. I have participated in a wide range of races. I enjoy 'racing' and training with family and friends. I use the term racing lightly as I start at the same line as them and then tread behind. One of my favorite mottos is "Start at slow because you can always ease up." |
