| Introduction | Tony Fabian is a Colorado native, raised in the mountain town of Leadville at an altitude of nearly two miles above sea level. A 1987 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland and a Navy veteran, he served as a division officer aboard the battleship USS Iowa (BB-61), as aide and flag lieutenant to Rear Admiral Byron E. Tobin, Jr., commander of the world’s largest naval base in Norfolk, VA. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1996 and served as a prosecutor in the Eighteenth Colorado Judicial District for nearly five years, where he prosecuted traffic, misdemeanor, juvenile and felony cases in Arapahoe, Douglas and Elbert counties. After working as an associate for the private civil law firms of Halaby Cross & Schluter and Cross & Liechty, P.C., where he defended local governments and their employees, along with policyholders of State Farm Insurance, in civil litigation, Tony has operated his own law practice in Castle Rock for more than a decade, emphasizing criminal defense and other personal litigation. |
