| Introduction | Hi. Thanks for stopping by. I'm glad you're here. We'll certainly have lots of things to share. If the title of this blog raised a speculative eyebrow on you, allow me to talk a little bit what the work I have been doing is about. Since I was a kid I liked to draw and watch movies. Young adult, I decided to have drama classes (that was really great!). Following this way, I graduated in Arts, with a major in drama. After some years teaching drama, ceramics, drawing, photography and video, I see myself graduated in English and at the end of my Master's in Literature. That's when I decided to combine the teaching of both languages, and I'm very happy with this choice. Different of using Arts to teach English, my investigation concerns potential elements they have in common those languages that support the development of both. It turns out that students, and me, have a double benefit. |
