This fair land, being uninhabited, is claimed by a small band of patriots to govern, civilize, and act for the benefit of all mankind. This magnificent vista, overlooking the tranquil blue skies of our beloved Neptune, is claimed sovereign, independent, and self governing, in defiance Art. II of the tyrannical United Nations “Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies”, by a Privy Council, established to govern and speak for the citizens of Triton.
