| Introduction | I have over 25 years’ experience in the Spanish translation sector and was senior manager in charge of translation services at PwC Spain until 2013. I now work as a freelance legal and financial translator and language industry consultant, in association with other leading professionals (www.tranexnet.com). I have a degree in English from the University of Edinburgh, a Masters in translation from Madrid’s Complutense University and post-graduate diplomas from the UNED, the Chartered Institute of Linguists, the World Intellectual Property Organisation and ESIC Business School. I am also a member the UK Chartered Institute of Linguists and a sworn legal translator authorised by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. |
