| Interests | Meet Ted, our new puppy! After raising eight guide dog pups I’ve had to retire due to having spinal surgery and being no longer allowed to lift more than five kg. I knew I still wanted to help people in a dog related way. So I’m raising Ted to become a Pets-as-Therapy dog. A new challenge and new adventure. They need to be very well behaved to pass the test so, apart from the buses and trains, his training will be very similar. Ted is a Cavapoo and already loves cuddles and snuggles. Tatze, my nine year old pet dog, has helped me to raise the GD pups brilliantly. She can’t believe how easy this one is lol! His teeth have no real bite in them compared to Lab/GR pups. |
