Introduction	I am David Jones. I am a contract technical support specialist. I own West Texas IT Services. I have been in the support industry for over 3 years now. I owe my start to Todd Newell. While pursuing a degree in Computer Science at West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas, he gave me the chance to get my feet wet in the real world, outside the classroom. After working with Todd helping him grow a technical support business, he gave me the opportunity to take the business on as my own. So I owe him a huge Thanks!!!
