Introduction	I ate meat for years, I came across a book by accident about 3 years ago that really changed my outlook on eating. I don't like to impose my thoughts on the subject, but lets just say I was taken aback by what I read about the meat and dairy industry. People ask me are you a Vegan? I say I don't like labels, I might snag a bite of my kids ice cream every now and again. But I try to make a conscious effort not to eat anything with meat or dairy in it.
