| Introduction | I earned an Ed. D. from Harvard University. I trained as a family therapist with faculty from the Kantor Institute. My thesis compared psychosocial vs. psychiatric models of treating trauma. From 2001 to 2006 I held a joint appointment in Pediatrics and Psychiatry at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
