Introduction	Acidrock-Born in 1967,1.70m and weigh about 68-71kg depending whether I am competing.Well trained in fitness and various martial arts since the age of 15(Tae kwon do, Boxing, Sanshou & Muaythai). Qualified fitness instructor from Singapore Sports Council. AND Nic Soh-Born in 1993 165cm and a weight of 60kg.Martial arts is my interest as i am well trained in boxing,sanda,muay thai and BJJ.SAF Commando...We would like to share my knowledge and experience with all of YOU !
