| Introduction | Christi's passion for baking started at a young age when she remembers baking in her Grandma's kitchen where they would bake everything from banana bread to English toffee! As she got older, Christi's interest in confections was all in the decorating and she wanted to learn every technique and style of decorating cakes and cupcakes. Christi started to take classes at a small bakery in Orange, California which just further triggered her interest in learning more. She went off to take a 2 week, 80 hour course at the Wilton School of Cake Decorating and Confectionery Art in Chicago where she learned every trick and technique there is to know in the world of cake decorating.
