| Introduction | P R E S S R E L E A S E July 27 2006 TOP MARKS FOR SILPA STUDENTS Pushpa Kalu, founder of Silpa Business Training at Apsley Paper Trail, celebrated the astounding success of her students in the International Association of Book-keepers examinations at the Apsley Paper Trail last week. Silpa students achieved the top marks in the country for the IAB Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and Advanced Book Keeping, Michael O’Brien FFA FIAB, Chairman of the IAB Council, joined in the celebrations at an awards ceremony held in the Conference and computerised training facility at the Paper Trail. He presented certificates to the top students and a special commemorative plaque to Pushpa Kalu. A delighted Pushpa is making a habit of collecting awards – she was the IAB lecturer of the Year in 2004, and this latest award is a testament to all the hard work she has put in with her students. Jacky Bennett, Chief Executive of the Paper Trail, praised the unique partnership between Silpa and the Paper Trail and Michael O’Brien paid tribute to the hard work and dedication of all involved, particularly the students. |
