About me

Introduction	I grew up dancing all around the east side of the country. I continued with this love as I studied dance at Brigham Young University. Two weeks after finishing my Bachelor's I married my best friend, Jeremy, and we currently reside in Baton Rouge, LA where he is studying Kinesiology and preparing for Physical Therapy school. I teach Yoga and dance. I love the body, mind, spirit connection and believe that most, if not all, gospel principles and commandments help strengthen the body and mind as well as the spirit. I enjoy being healthy and strong physically, mentally, and spiritually.
