Introduction | Welcome to my blog. I hope it finds you well. This is a blog dedicated to vegan eating, something that has changed my life and made me a healthier person as a result. I began my freshman year of college with a plan to try veganism after being vegetarian for about a year. Once I switched to a vegan diet, I did not want to turn back. I now have more energy, better skin and a greater appreciation for food. I wanted to share with others my experiences and lessons I have learned along the way of my vegan journey.
