| Introduction | Single white female, college educated, former model. 30 years old. On daily pain medication since May 2008 - wish I never started! Recovering alcoholic - daily battle with my pain medication and with booze. Still using, but cutting way down because I am sick of being SICK. You name it, I've been on it, and probably abused it and withdrew from it. Divorced, 2 children (not living with me for obvious reasons). I sound like a train wreck; however, I still feel that I am a good person deep down. Drugs and alcohol have taken a hold on me and I strive to beat this, someday. I will use this journal to vent and chart my progress. It may not make sense at times, I may not correct my spelling, or even care - but it will be 100% honest. No more lying to myself! |
