| Introduction | I am a believer in Jesus Christ who struggles with compulsive over eating and view it as a spiritually,emotional and physical challenge. I am a recent widow learning to live alone and I am also learning to cook for one; not an easy chore. I struggle with my eating issues mostly in the evening. I love to read books, magazines, my Bible and many blogs. I also have a passion for writing and speaking and am working to improve my skills in these areas. God has blessed me so much and I am ready to share that blessing with others as I learn to write about whatever He puts on my heart. |
