| Introduction | I have a pretty generic miniatures background, so this'll probably sound familiar. I dabbled with games workshop miniatures as a child then realised I was too broke for it in my teens. I had no interest through college, uni or even my early 20s building my career and business. And then it happened. I saw my mates painted Eldar on his shelf and enquired what was going on at GW "now." They were about to launch 7th edition but I loved the look of the Assault on black reach and Island of blood starter sets so bagged a few. That was it, I was back in. Long story short, I've been an aweful hobby-ist in a way, more of a collector really and I've spent the last few years collecting boxed sets and never really finishing any projects. Hopefully that'll change now, we've bought our first house, I have a dedicated hobby space, lots of built based and primed minis, a huge back log to catch up on and a pandemic forcing me to spend time at home ! I'll use this space to catch up on logging old unfinished projects as well as log hobby progress for new ones. |
