| Introduction | This is my official 'Snob Blog'. Here, I will be visiting new and different coffee establishments to sample the nectar of the gods...Espresso. My nectar of preference would be a cappuccino, to be specific. And what really kills me is when I order a cappuccino, and its served to me, with less than perfect foam. Really? I can't stand it. So I've decided to start evaluating, critiquing and rating my nectar of preference. 1 - 5 stars, 5 being 'SUPERB' and 1 being 'Are you kidding me?!!?'. I will also be more than happy to take suggestions and recommendations on where you all like to go for a 'Superb' cappuccino. But a word of caution...I am without question, an espresso snob, so don't be offended if you make a suggestion and I go there and then blast the place because I think it sucks. Nothing personal. I'm just...a snob. |
