IntroductionChef Will Mason has enjoyed a successful career for over 25 years in the restaurant industry. Chef Will began his career at Louis on the Lake in 1986 as a waiter and then line cook. Since then he has worked in, and learned, the industry from the bottom up, having worked at Demi Epicurious with esteemed chef Robert Barker, Amante’s Restaurant and Bar as GM and Executive Chef, Silver and Stone, Wylie’s Restaurant and Bar, La Zona Rosa and Anchovies manning positions from waiter and bartender to Sous Chef. Within those 25 years, Mr. Mason has also worked in Management at a number of software companies.
InterestsFood, Wine, Beer, Gardening, Farming, Health, Permaculture, Fishing, Hunting, Camp Cooking, and just about anything outdoors and with regards to food and beverage.
