Introduction Basically, this is a big part of my 101 miles project. In order to revamp my daily life, I needed to inject some accountability into it. Now I have some: my grub diary! The goal here is for me to log in everything I eat so that I can remember how much I've eaten over the course of the day, and keep track of how my diet will improve over the course of my 101 miles. Follow along if you'd like - maybe we can learn and grow from this together! HAHAHAHAHA....cheesy.
