| Introduction | Hello everyone, my name is Jonathan. I am deaf since born were hearing at Guatemala 2 1/2 years. It caused from chicken pox then deaf. Where did my repentance and faith come from: Me or God? Elected by my heavenly Father before the foundation of the world to eternal life with himself, not through any forseen free will faith but only by God's mercy. Jesus Christ the only begotten of the Father then redeemed me through his precious blood shed on the cross and the Holy Spirit made me alive in Christ, it was only then that i willfully ran to the mercy of God through his son Jesus Christ. Therefore, i am but a piece of clay whom the Father had mercy on and the father now works in me to will and do of his good pleasure. All for the glory of himself and his dear son Jesus. The Son - Died for those the Father elected. The Holy Spirit - Regenerates those the Father elected and for whom the Son died. BUT Arminianism's theology are same today here: Disunity of purpose within the Trinity The Father - Chose those who would choose Him. The Son - Died for no one in particular. The Holy Spirit - Tries to regenerate all, even those He knows who will not choose the Father and will not accept the sacrifice of the Son. Which of you are? There are no center... (See about me part 1 but here part 2)...the Holy Spirit in them, and entitle them to the whole inheritance of eternal life and final glory, all based solely upon the atoning blood and imputed righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ died for all those whom the Father chose to save and set his love upon before the foundation of the world, he rose from the dead the third day and not one person whom Jesus died for will be lost. The Gospel excludes all the works of all sinners as forming any part of the ground or condition of this great salvation. The Gospel excludes the sinners efforts at obedience as forming any part of that which saves him, keeps him, makes him fit and qualified, or entitles him to any part of salvation. In fact, the Gospel demands that sinners embrace and rest in Christ as their whole salvation and repent of such thoughts. To put it briefly, the gospel is God's promise to save His chosen people conditioned on the atoning blood and imputed righteouesness of the Lord Jesus Christ ALONE. Thanks, Jonathan |
