Introduction	In conjunction with this blog, I am co-owner and chef of a San Francisco catering company (be sure to check out CaliforniaTable.net!). Food is my passion along with living a healthy life. Sure we can all exercise and what not to be healthy, but the awareness of what we are feeding our bodies is also just as important. Take it from me- I have been a marathoner and a triathlete for 14 years, forcing me to do my homework on what best works for the body. My goal is to educate as many people as possible about our food and agriculture community while also creating beautiful meals to feed you and your loved ones.
