| Introduction | I am a great sinner, and Christ is a great Savior. I love the Lord. He amazes me. How unsearchable are His judgments, and His ways past finding out! I daily stand in awe of Him. I ache to be passionate for Him. I love my family. They light up my life. My mother, my brothers, and my sister bring me great joy. Though my father has ended his pilgrim journey, his words continue to guide me as I continue to honor him. I love the Church. Thank the Lord for His glorious, hope-filled, joy-filled, truth-proclaiming, faithful followers! I love God's Word. I delight in His will. I rejoice in His testimonies. I am striving to be all that is pleasing to Him. I have many weaknesses. I do not want to be like the horse and mule, who must be directed by bit and bridle. I want to be willing and obedient to the Lord's most gentle nudging. I want my influence to be felt years, generations from now, even until the day that Christ returns. I want to be the kind of person that plants shade tree for future generations to sit under. |
