| Introduction | Please find links to the featured victim below (at bottom of page). Please view at least three of these links, each of which provides a news story on the same victim. Students must analyze these stories by addressing the theoretical underpinnings as presented in the face-to-face lectures. Students must explain how each news clip depicts the victim and explain the role of the media in perpetuating the fear of crime. Each student will need to write a brief narrative and add it to the blog, additionally, each students is required to further contribute to the blog by adding a video clip or other form of digital media. |
