| Introduction | I am ALL about my family!! They are the reason that I live and breathe. At this point and the age of nearly 45, I am beginning to realize that I made a lot of bad choices regarding my health and well being. It took the pain of a back injury to wake me up. After seeing Tony Horton's infomercials, I have high hopes and motivation to turn that around so that I can avoid my family legacy of heart disease between the ages of 55 and 60. I really want to be around to enjoy seeing my grandchildren grow up. |
