Introduction	Wendy is a writer, columnist and founder of Worthy Words Workshops, a monthly writing group, held at Worthing Library. She is the author of 26 published books, and over 1700 articles. Since 1989 she has been a columnist on Welsh Traditions for an American/Welsh publication, Ninnau - meaning ‘we also’ or ‘part of’’. Wendy is also the membership secretary of the Society of Woman Writers and Journalists , and a member of the Society of Authors. Wendy Hughes hails from south Wales and now lives in Rustington, West Sussex with her husband, and they have two grown up sons.
Interests	writing, researching, listen to jazz, reading, visiting neolithic sites, travelling.
