Introduction	I am a 35 yr. old mom to a beautiful 4 year old daughter. I am also a military wife, and a substitute teacher, so as you can imagine my life is somewhat crazy and hectic at times. I found that I haven't been working out or eating as healthy as I could, and this is something I have been wanting to change. I decided to start a blog about my journey to be a healthy and happy mom including recipes, workout ideas and playlists, motivational and inspirational quotes and stories, etc..to show moms everywhere that they can acheive anything they set their minds to doing, and hopefully they will share their tips and success stories with me!
