Introduction Back in 2010 when my husband was told he had high cholesterol, we chose to "treat" it with diet and exercise rather than medication (Thus the name of the blog - Dropthenumbers). In order to know what food to prepare, I started educating myself about nutrition and the body. I have read countless books, watched movies, and researched information and authors on-line. Though this, I found I have a passion for food and nutrition. I hope, through this blog, to share the recipes I have created as well as those I found. I also want to use the blog to keep track of some of the interesting things I learn along the way.
