Introduction | Back in 2010 when my husband was told he had high cholesterol, we chose to "treat" it with diet and exercise rather than medication (Thus the name of the blog - Dropthenumbers). In order to know what food to prepare, I started educating myself about nutrition and the body. I have read countless books, watched movies, and researched information and authors on-line. Though this, I found I have a passion for food and nutrition. I hope, through this blog, to share the recipes I have created as well as those I found. I also want to use the blog to keep track of some of the interesting things I learn along the way. |
