| Introduction | My name is John, and I love a lot of things. I love to swim, I love food, I love to travel, and, of course, I love my wife, Diane. Before we start a family, i hope to accomplish one big dream-- complete an Ironman race! I've dreamt of being an ironman ever since I was small, and grew up an avid swimmer and lifter. But, in the last few years, I've lost my way. So, here I am, a 5'4", 220 lb office sitter and tv watcher that's overstressed, under-rested, poorly eating, and tired of being that way. My ultimate goal is to be the healthiest, strongest, fittest me I can be for both myself and my family. So, here's my first shot at it! |
