Introduction	On The Reel Films is a film production company that provides documentaries and feature films for the Hip-Hop culture. Being a part of this culture I’ve notice that even though Hip-Hop is represented more in the media but it could use a little more representation in film as well. Since its start in 1979 Hip-Hop has always had a unique way of self expression. In fact sometimes it can through people off of the original idea. With the media today you might identify Hip-Hop as rap music, graffiti, and break dancing. I would like to point out that the people who started this back in 1979 in their teens and twenties are now adults in there thirties and forties. The goal of On the Reel Films is to show as many sides to Hip-Hop as possible. The goal is to also bridge gaps, that no matter if you are young, old, rich, or poor you can still enjoy one of these films or gain knowledge from a documentary.
